The Annual General Meeting, held on such a day no later than October 31st and at such a place as State Council determines, elects the President and Vice-Presidents for two year terms.
At the AGM, each pony club has one vote, either by a nominated club delegate or by proxy.
The State Council appoints the treasurer. The term of tenure for a new appointment is one year. Following a review the term of appointment will be two years.
Zone representatives are elected, in accordance with ruel 5.1.e
The Coaching Director is appointed, in accordance with rule 4.3.a
