Membership Transfer Process

Transferring your Pony Club Membership

Members are free to transfer Clubs at any time.  To transfer your membership you should log onto the MyPonyClub database via the Member Portal and request a transfer.  

The only reason a Club should hold up a transfer is if the transferring member has outstanding debts to the Club.

Members do not need to complete the old paper transfer form this process is now completed online.

PROCESS

1. Log on to the MyPonyClub Members Portal

2. Go to My Memberships

3. Click on the TRANSFER button

4. Select the Club you are transferring to.

5. Click SUBMIT

The Club you want to transfer from must first APPROVE your transfer then the Club you are transferring to must APPROVE your transfer.
